Shipping policy

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time:
Estimated delivery time is 7–24 business days depending on your location.

Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Delays:
Shipping times may be slightly delayed due to high demand, customs, or postal service issues. We are not responsible for delays outside of our control.

Incorrect Address:
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered.
